About Us

With over 75 combined years of experience in rotorcraft engineering, Embolon Technology Inc. was founded by two former Boeing Aerospace Engineers in 2013.

The principal owners of Embolon Technology Inc. are the original inventors/developers of the rotor smoothing wedge and independently hold U.S. patent (8192162) for the field installable rotor smoothing wedge.

 

The manufacturing process methodologies and quality controls utilized by Embolon Technology Inc. during the manufacturing, verification and delivery of rotor smoothing wedge kits follows the requirements defined by SAE standard AS9100D model for quality assurance in the design, development, production, installation and servicing of Embolon’s products and services.

 

Embolon is actively supporting several US-based commercial & defense helicopter platforms. We are always interested in supporting new platforms and customers. Embolon has the facilities, equipment, staff, capacity, and resources to produce and deliver over 10,000 Rotor Smoothing Wedge Kits per year.
